Boracay - in the daytime

The tropical island Boracay is located in the northern part of the provence Aklan and is one of the most favourite travel destinations in the Philippines. The White Beach - one of the island's beaches - is voted for many times as one the top ten beaches in the world. But there are also several other beaches on the island with hardly any tourists but only clear water, fine sand and palm trees.

At White Beach you can enjoy a great variety of different kinds of sport or entertainment, e.g. jet ski, diving, sailing, snorkeling, frisbee and lots more.

Up in the hills on the island you find an 18-hole golf course with fantastic views on the ocean while playing your round.

Boracay - in the evening

Boracay is famous for the spectacular sundowners. You should enjoy this natural highlight with either a cocktail under a palm tree or just relaxing on one of the many local sailing boats. Many bars offer happy hour around 5-7 pm.

For dinner time you will find lots of different restaurants and bars all over on the island. It will be your choice as nearly for every taste and budget you find the right place, from simple but good local food or you choose fresh seafood directly on the fish market or italian, french or german cuisine or any of the asian styles up to haute cuisine in 5 star hotels.

Boracay - by night

If you like to party, Boracay is the right place to be. It might be difficult not to find a party somewhere on the island. If you prefer silent and romantic nights, there are many nice and small beaches on the island for candle light dinners or what ever you fancy doing by night... :)

wind forecast

All windsurfers and kiterboaders need wind and water. However, only expert surfers like high waves. Beginners and intermediate prefer a good wind with a small or moderate swell. And exactly these perfect conditions you find on Bulabog Beach.

The wind at Bulabog Beach is usually steady. There are two seasonal tradewinds. From June to November Habagat blows from June to November and Amihan from November to June. During these two seasons we have average wind-speeds of 12 to 15 knots. On some very windy days, however, we already encountered wind speeds of 30 knots and more.

Only for some days in June and November, when the winds turn, we have days of no wind. The indigenous people call this moment the father of all winds.
